Greetings everybody,
As you already know, the third Regional Meeting of GEO for Youth was held in Panama City in November 2007. One of the most important outcomes of this meeting was the elaboration of the Regional Action Plan (See here, pdf - 63 kb).
DEWA would like all national focal points and national networks to discuss this Action Plan. We would also like to organize a virtual meeting where we would analyze the Plan of Action and talk about the commitments being taken.
DEWA has a new tool to facilitate conferences, workshops and other kinds of communications named “Elluminate” which allows multiple people to be virtually present and talk at a given time. If you are interested in partaking in this conversation, please write us so when can arrange a date.

Como todos ustedes saben, la Reunión Regional de GEO Juvenil se realizó en noviembre del año pasado en la Ciudad de Panamá. Uno de los productos más importante de esta reunión fue el Plan de Acción 2008 – 2010 (ver aquí -pdf, 64kb).
Nos gustaría que todos los focales y las redes nacionales discutieran este Plan de Acción y sería muy positivo tener además una reunión virtual para analizar en detalle los compromisos.
Nosotros – DEAT – tenemos una nueva herramienta para realizar conferencias, talleres y otra clase de comunicaciones, llamada “Elluminate” que nos permitirá tener una reunión virtual con múltiples personas. Si están interesados en discutir este Plan de Acción, por favor nos escriben para coordinar.
